TASK 
The task was to develop the brand for a young granola bar company started by a Northeastern alum. Our student team of five created brand identity and assets, illustrations, packaging, a brand book, and a full marketing and e-commerce website in three months.

ROLE
I worked with two student designers and two student developers in an Agile environment to make our client's vision become reality. Throughout the project, I worked both independently and collaboratively, always making sure to communicate effectively with the other designers and developers.

CHALLENGE
One challenge I faced was tackling illustrations—an aspect of design outside of my comfort zone. Experimenting with different illustration styles to best fit the brand was specifically new for me, but also proved to be a rewarding learning experience.

TAKEAWAY
I learned the specific ins and outs of creating an e-commerce website and some of the more technical parts and plugins. Additionally, I improved my ability to present my work to a client and explain design decisions clearly.
