Task: My task was to develop a social cause campaign that stretches multiple mediums and tackles the issue from multiple angles. I chose to play off the word "dreamer" in order to bridge the emotional gap for Americans with no DACA affiliation.
Role: I wrote the mission statement and researched issues surrounding DACA and other related campaigns. I designed the full campaign brand and carried it out through static and interactive environmental pieces, animation videos, the website, campaign book, and collateral pieces.
Challenge: One challenge was targeting American parents through their children by means of interactive elements and powerful and unique imagery, without being childish and gimmicky.
Take Away: I learned how to alter and diversify the design system to fit a particular medium and messaging. I also explored illustrations and how they can interact with typography.
